Screen Search Tags Do Not Work On More Than 2 monitors

Issue Screen Search Tags [1] do not appear on a monitor once the total number of monitors connected to a computer exceeds 2. In-app screen tags [2] work fine regardless.

What happens? If you use 3 or more monitors and try to show Screen Tags [1] on the monitor of focus, the tags show for a brief second and then disappear.

Steps to reproduce: Note: You need 3+ monitors to replicate this

1. Using two monitors, hit the keyboard shortcut that shows the Screen tags [1] for the monitor in focus. You will notice that the Screen tags [1] appear just fine.
2. Plug a 3rd monitor. You will notice that Fluent Search tries to show tags on the window in focus for a brief second, but then closes immediately. Try it with a 4th monitor, and notice the same thing happens.
