Bug in Hotkey that defined to show FS

When the Hotkey that defined to show FS is to Press Ctrl twice, image If a window of any application opened as an administrator is active, this hotkey does not work. The other hotkeys such as ALT+SPACE work properly.

I'm reporting this bug, because this way of opening FS by pressing CTRL twice (like in LISTARY) is very convenient.

By the way, the bug I reported about in TASKS it is not possible to make connections, is it really a bug in FS or is the problem only on my computer?

@H5820121 some hotkeys are not supported by Windows, so Fluent Search cannot detect them if the focused program is running with higher privileges (Admin).

I might make the indexer (which runs as admin) detect that, but then it will not work for users that uses other indexers (e.g. Everything).

In LISTARY, opening by pressing CTRL twice, works even when focused program is running with higher privileges, probably it is by the LISTARY service. Anyway, it will be useful at least if you make the FS indexer detect that. Thanks!
