Mouse hover effect on results list is confusing

Describe the bug The selected result and the result that falls under mouse cursor at that moment look the same (except for that little accent color line):

And it's usually confusing at a glance. Any chance to have a better differentiator (like the result that would launch on pressing enter is highlighted fully in accent color) or turn off mouse hover effect?
