Enabling and disabling high contrast mode resets settings
Describe the bug Enabling the high contrast mode sets some of the settings (like disabling background blur etc). When this option is disabled these settings do not go back to their previous state but remain set as if high contrast mode was still on.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Effects and turn on any transparency effect as an example
- Go to Accessibility and turn on high contrast mode - observe that transparency effect has now been set to none
- Disable high contrast mode - observe that transparency effect still stays set to none
Expected behavior Turning on this toggle should overwrite these options but turning it off should then restore the original values. As it is, the toggle is basically a "settings template" that overrides a bunch of configuration. It would be nice if turning it off restored the user configuration.
