Merge and Improve the Personalization Tabs for Better User Experience

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current "Personalization>Themes" tab feels unintuitive. Customization options for a theme are scattered across different tabs, requiring users to navigate back and forth to save their changes. The "Create Custom Theme" option is limited, only offering a "Save" button without a comprehensive customization interface. As a new user, this feels disjointed and not user-friendly.

Describe the solution you'd like Merge the "Themes," "Colors," "Window Style," and "Text" tabs into a single "Theme" tab. This unified tab should allow users to create and customize themes comprehensively, including colors, fonts, and other settings, this would allow for full theme creation and adjustments., all in one place

Describe alternatives you've considered N/A

Additional context This change will make the personalization process more intuitive for new users and streamline theme customization. I encountered issues with imported community themes where text color matched the background, making it unreadable. Having all customization options in one tab would facilitate quicker adjustments and improve usability.
