problems launching windows terminal

Describe the bug windowsterminal.exe will not open after right clicking the "terminal" app, then click run as admin

You should be able to launch it as admin by using the "Open app as admin" of the app result - image

when running as admin from the start menu the file origin is C:/Program Files/WindowsApps/Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_1.20.11271.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe/WindowsTerminal.exe and it works,

whereas from fluent search the origin is C:/Program Files/WindowsApps/Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_1.20.11271.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe/wt.exe

BUT the preview in fluent search says the path is C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_1.20.11271.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\WindowsTerminal.exe
