Updated parser to use lxml.etree.

Hey Alessandro,

As promised, I have updated the code to use lxml.etree instead of Minidom. This allows the code to parse multiple large .nessus XML files quickly. This code, however, is still constrained when running in a 32bit python environment. When parsing multiple hundred-plus megabyte .nessus XML files you will still want a 64bit python environment and enough available RAM.
