Make Headway App integration opt-in

As a privacy-conscious user, I want the Headway App integration to require an active opt-in, so that SquirrelDisk does not connect to Headway when I do not want it to

When starting the app, my software firewall informs me that SquirrelDisk is attempting to connect to cdn.headwayapp.co. For a software that just scans my disks locally, this should not be necessary.

Acceptance criterias

  • By default, SquirrelDisk does not connect to Headway (cdn.headwayapp.co)
  • Either,
    • the Headway App integration is removed entirely, or
    • SquirrelDisk provides a setting controls the integration (and is disabled by default)
