Update build image to amazonlinux:2022.0.20220504.1-with-sources and fix dependencies

I see that the builds have not been released in a while, so I attempted to build it first against 2.0.20220606.1, but this failed with /lib64/libm.so.6: version ``GLIBC_2.27' not found`.

I tried again with amazonlinux:2022.0.20220504.1, and this worked after changing the dependencies a bit.

I was able to connect with a remote debugger, but this is the extent of my testing at the moment. Please let me know if this is of any use and/or how it would be best to proceed with this.
