Better support for `W` in days of month

Hello 👋

I would like to request support for additional day of month using the W flag formats:

  • LW: The last working day of the month.
  • *W: Every working day of the month.
  • x/yW: Every y working day of the month starting on x (e.g. 5/3W).

Supporting these formats will enhance the flexibility and usability of the library for users who need more specific scheduling options.

helo @oltodo thanks for the ticket. i can't promise i have the resource to implement this feature in some sanely reasonable time

Hi @adhocore Thank you for your response. I understand that it can be difficult to find the time to implement new features. There is no pressure from my side. I also want to thank you for the time you've already spent on this library; it is very much appreciated.
