Provider Porkbun no longer works (dns-lexicon upgrade required)

Hi, the integration of the provider Porkbun stopped working on December 1st 2024 and the certificates are about to expire! Porkbun has changed their API from porkbun.com to api.porkbun.com. dns-lexicon has already fixed this with version 3.19 from December 13th 2024 (see https://github.com/AnalogJ/lexicon/pull/2069). Please update dns-lexicon as soon as possible from the currently 3.17 to 3.19 or higher (v3.20.1).

Side note/question: Why is such an integral component as dns-lexicon not being updated automatically?

I am very sorry I have not updated dnsrobocert faster. Indeed, I should find ways to update dns-lexicon directly from dnsrobocert.

Technically it is not that difficult (just provide a cron in the docker to upgrade the Python environment), but the tests are tricky. Indeed we do not want to see the docker stop working silently just because a new version of Lexicon is not retro-compatible. So some advanced integration tests need to be carried on.
