Progress Tracker on vertical layout with no Labels is wrongly drawn

If progress labels are removed, the vertical progress tracker glitches :

From what I've seen on the layout inspector the items are correctly "placed" or they take the right space with the correct position but they are drawn below where they should be.

I doesn't seems to be a case that should happen in prod (no labels on vertical) so I'll take more time to fix it if requested.
