Admin Guide: Deploying coderadar on an application server

The Admin Guide (http://reflectoring.github.io/coderadar/current/docs/admin.html) contains a section "Deploying coderadar on an application server" that should describe the steps necessary to deploy the WAR file from the distribution on an application server (or rather, a Servlet container).

It should describe the steps for a tomcat server. For other servers, direct to the vendor's guides on how to deploy WAR files, for now.

The guide contains a reference to this issue that should then be replaced.
