Can I use OEM keycaps for this keyboard?

Yes, you can.

It's originally designed for keycaps whose tops are all flat (SA row 3). But I'm typing this on profiled (MT3) keycaps on a Dactyl Manuform (whose finger keys, as I recall, are placed the same as in the original Dactyl in this repository), and I quite like it.
