Phat Dactyl & Ergo Dactyl

Added two case variations that should probably get some tweaks before printing, especially the ergo-dactyl.

The Phat Dactyl

This case mod exists for one reason. People make Ergodox keycap sets, not Dactyl sets. If you want to use the outside column caps from an Ergodox set, this is the case for you. The only issue I see with this case is that the hulls on the outer column switch holes to the right case wall seem to be acting like they're still 1u. It works fine, but the inside of the case doesn't seem flush.

The Ergo Dactyl

Miss those three keys on the inside columns of the Ergodox? I thought I did, but turns out I didn't. Still, by the time I'd realized that, I was almost done with this case mod that adds three keys on an inner column to the Phat Dactyl. Unfortunately, there's no room for Ergodox keycaps made for that column, but you can't have it all!

This case has weirdness where the new column joins up with the thumb cluster, and winds up printing a hole over there. Not sure what's going on there.

Ugh. I just opened up the phat-dactyl-bottom-left.scad, which I can only describe as "less than ideal"

I think I'll need a little help fine tuning these.

I'm not sure how those changes referenced adereth#48 and not jaredjennings#48, but they are completely unrelated to the Phat Dactyl and Ergo Dactyl
