Infinite "running test" after failure build

If build was failure this plugin freeze until restart plugin (turn off then turn on). Restarting VS doesn't help

Also having this issue on failed builds, but VS Restart has helped so far. Using Code Coverage Version 2.0.1 and VS for Mac 8.10.8
