Feature Request: Support branded types and other type conversions

For now branded types are a non-priority due to poor TS and Postgres support.

Please clarify experimental camelCaseColumnNames use case

Runtime transformations are planned but are not there yet. Added section clarifying the compile-time only nature of `camelCaseColumnNames` to docs.

Types in array spread are not infered, e.g. in multiple update

This will be tracked in the meta issue. For now explicit type-casting is the only solution.

Avoid type inference for one parameter

Type conversion can now be controlled both at compile time and run time. Mapping timestamp to string should be a good fix.

Ability to provide Github credentials for authenticated API requests

👍 This is currently blocking me from using any language servers in Zed.

Dynamic OR query causes processSQLQueryIR to fail

Not able to reproduce this in v1.1.0. An additional improvement for optional parameter UX was added in https://github.com/adelsz/pgtyped/pull/482. Please reopen if issue persists.
