Set Up:
- Install AutoHotKey (https://www.autohotkey.com/)
- Save and Unzip TagIE_Editor.zip
- Open "TagIE_Editor.ahk"
- TO USE SCREENSHOTS (tsnap funtion): install Irfanview (https://www.irfanview.com/)
