Cannot find settings/options for add-on (Firefox)

Hi, I can't figure out how to access the options for this add-on the way it is explained in the readme. The icon doesn't appear in the toolbar, and the add-ons page for my browser does not offer any preferences for docs online viewer. I am using the latest version of firefox.
