Exclude this when viewed using pdf.js

DOV icons appear everywhere on pdf files viewed using pdf.js. A fix to this might be to disable DOV if document url has extension .pdf

Added domain exclusion list and also excluded *.pdf from executing the script. It works on Chrome, Opera but fails on Firefox 44 Webextension. Commit 4870ed7
