Annoying Tab Pop-up?

Every time I open Chrome, Docs Online Viewer pops up a new tab about itself. Its very annoying, especially when it kicks you out of something you were typing on the previous tab, and I cannot figure out how to turn it off.

Thanks for reporting. That is very strange. I made it to open the "Getting Started" page only once when it is installed. Can you let me know if this is what is is opening?: http://dov.parishod.com/#getting-started

Or a screenshot is appreciated. It is not intentional if it is opening that page every time browser is opened. I cannot reproduce it on my end yet but will check it out.

I logged onto one of our school Chromebooks for the first time on that specific Chromebook. Here's the screenshot. It would be fine if it only happened once but it happens almost every time you login to a Chromebook or just Google Chrome on a PC.
