[BUG] Problem with build.bat

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'C:\Users\user\Downloads\empyrean-main (1)\empyrean-main'
2. Click on "C:\Users\super\Downloads\empyrean-main (1)\empyrean-main\install_python.bat"
3. Click on "C:\Users\super\Downloads\empyrean-main (1)\empyrean-main\build.bat"
4. See error :

Expected behavior Well i installed python, the requirements and all but i have an error.

there is no .txt extension on the "interferences" file. just add .txt to the end of the name and try again
