Update peerDependencies to support [email protected]

This PR updates the package to use the latest versions of React, Babel, and Webpack.

Fixes #40

Included Changes

  • Updated dependencies for React 17.0.2+ compatibility.
  • Updated to use Webpack 5.
  • Updated to use Babel 7.
  • Replaced express server in the examples with static webpack serve.
