Making a public chat channel

Use socket.io or some other service to make an open public chat group. Functionalities:

  1. Send text messages.
  2. Send images.
  3. Every message sent should have a unique id displayed in small letter at top of that message, like issues on github.
  4. Include profanity word checker in chat box and block any text message that contains adult words.
  5. Include nudity checker in images. Block any images that include adult content.
