Design and create a navigation bar component

You need to make a navigation bar component (Refer the screenshot below)

1. You can find a simple navbar inside the home folder
2. You need to make a navbar component and replace that navbar component with the previous one.
3. You may create a parent component and render the navbar component there.
4. Feel free to ask if you have any queries.
