can we have an automatic clean build and restart tomcat?

i'm not sure if this already on, but in the last days I lost a lot of time restart servers to ensure all changes: It's an clean, compile, restart, deploy. omg....

So, you can just ignore this if it's no sense.

This issue will likely drive me back to Eclipse, where it all happens in the background, automatically.
