Copy and paste items outside of their original page/course

Add an item bin and allow the copying and pasting of content items (articles, blocks and components) outside of their original page.

Would need to act differently depending on the type of content copied & the destination (e.g. shouldn't be able to paste an article within a block).

I would also approve of this. @taylortom , do you know if the AT is structured to support this?

No work's been done on this recently, so would assume it needs to be restarted from scratch.

The current clipboard only works in-course (and only in certain situations), so would probably need a complete rethink to get things working. Also see Brian's issue #505.

Copying blocks and components between courses appears to work in the AT 0.9.0, the items are copied and can be edited, but the components do not show up in preview or export. It would be very useful to be able to move content between courses.
