"Get link" button required for uploaded documents and assets

Requested Feature
When uploading documents in the "Asset Management" area, there should be a button or similar called "Get link". When you click this, the document link is copied, so you can use it elsewhere in the course.
This should also be in the Resources plugin area.
There should also be a tickbox etc. so you can select to use the correct filename when downloading, not the temp filename that gets generated.
Use Case
After clicking "Get link" you should have a copied link to your asset, that you can then use elsewhere in the course (EG: from a link in the Rich Text Editor).
The file name stays the same as the uploaded file.
Current Workaround
currently, the only way I can find is to upload a file through the Resources plugin, and then copy the link. Then navigate to where you want to link the file and add the link, whilst also having to add additional code (eg: a href="./course/en/assets/90bd6c356cb0fa3f3b217c97b542ec09e58a6594.pdf" )
