Ability to import/export courses for translation

Translatable course content should be exportable for external translation and import back into the tool.

We currently require multiple languages for our courses, so this would be ideal (as well as the ability to add the language picker)

We started to use https://github.com/taylortom/adapt-googleTranslate, for the delivered content. My understanding from a while ago this was mainly for the Authors. But I could be wrong.
