I don't know if it's because of the site, but I don't receive LIVE alerts of new topics created on the RSS feed

How delayed are the alerts?

Sometimes I simply do no receive the alerts, sometimes i receive them some time after. Ita not determined. The rss feed I am talking about is : http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics.rss?sort=recently_created
