ability to import PDF with margin, default as scale to fit

allow users to import a PDF with extra margin to write their notes. When exporting, it should export with larger pages, so that the PDF content is the original size + extra page for the notes

  • [ ] optionally import with extra margin
  • [ ] change default import to scaleToFit instead of scaleToFill
