Suggestion: Support zepto?

Zepto is a light weight drop-in replacement for jQuery. Some jQuery selectors aren't supported very well namely ':first' ':last' both of which are being used by columnizer.

How would you feel about refactor the bits that use these selectors? I wouldn't mind contributing a version that supports zepto.
