Formatting imperial units (e.g. feets and inches)

I've got a sad requirement of supporting non-metric units. For example, I've got a value which needs to be displayed in feets and inches (1ft = 12in), i.e.

64 => 5' 4"

Since all the other situations are handled extremely well with Numeral, it would be great if it handle this case as well. Either that, or get USA to switch to metric finally, whichever is easier :-)

It would be great if this could include area, mass/weight and volume as well in addition to imperial length. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imperial_units#Units

any updates? I am also need a converter between Liter and Oz. When to show 250ml and when 8Oz based on device locale (I am writing in RN app for iOS and Android devices)
