where should getLatestPodcasts / getPopularPodcasts go ?

Hi adam, Loved your talk, trying to stay as fateful as possible to "the crudy by design". I am working on a project that implements showing the latest items or ordering by any criteria, let's say I need to display the latest podcasts or the popular podcasts, where should the getLatestPodcasts/ getPopularPodcasts go ?
