i got guzzle http exception

when i tries to connect users through github it gives me this error

GuzzleHttp \ Exception \ RequestException cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)

That is a misconfiguration issue on your app server. Work with your server administrator to resolve it. There are hundreds of StackOverflow articles that can help you sort out the server problem.
