Are there any plans to add support for SPM?

@adamwaite could you also cut a new version for the SPM support? The last version was from July but SPM support merged in November. This means that consumers have to select 'master' instead of a version range from Xcode.

@adamwaite can you set the deployment target for iOS as 9.0 and tvOS as 10.0.
