Automatic channel numbering

Mapped channels have an option to have channel numbers. It would be much easier from user perspective to let tvheadend number the channels by position. With drag and drop functionality, one could add a new channel at the top and you would not have to renumber the later channels. This is probably not so easy to implement in the current grid, but we could introduce a separate page for channel numbering.
