Configured bower.json file by adding missing properties.

Configured the bower.json file so that it can be included in projects by specifying a minimum or exact version rather than a *. Also, I added the "main" and "ignore" properties so that tools like wiredep can automatically inject the proper dependency files into your gulp or grunt build process as well as ignore which files should not be included.
