Suggestions to improve WindowsLayoutSnapshot further.
Thanks first to the developer of this program WindowsLayoutSnapshot, I appreciate that you make it available.
One idea to improve WindowsLayoutSnapshot and one remark:
-
Improvement. I use WindowsLayoutSnapshot for the following scenario. My computer with Windows 10 and soon Windows 11 goes on the sleep mode when it is inactive after a period of time. When it does that and I get back to using my computer again, all the windows are stacked at a particular size at the top left of my monitor. Using your program, I can easily manually click on one of the previously saved configurations that WindowsLayoutSnapshot had saved and I get back all my opened windows at the previous size and location. ---Suggestion: that when the computer goes in sleep mode (or any of the other Windows modes such as hibernate and lock modes), when I use again my computer, this WindowsLayoutSnapshot program would then automatically restore all my opened windows to their previous size and location that they were in before going in sleep mode (or any of the other Windows modes such as hibernate and lock modes). This way, when I go back to using my computer, I do not have to manually select a configuration that was saved by WindowsLayoutSnapshot to restore the size and location of all my previous opened windows.

Remark. In Windows 10, on the taskbar in the show hidden icons, after a while, you see more than one instance of WindowsLayoutSnapshot. I was wondering if this is normal and why it would not show only one instance of WindowsLayoutSnapshot. But that is just a remark.
Again, many thanks to the developer to have made available this program WindowsLayoutSnapshot.
