We are likely moving to zarr to store the data (https://github.com/brainglobe/brainglobe-atlasapi/issues/562), and remove the concept of packaging the atlases, so this may be more feasible in the future. cc @IgorTatarnikov
#206 adds the brain atlas. Once merged, lets keep this open to track potentially adding the full body atlas. cc @PolarBean
Thanks @PolarBean, this does seem to be a long undiscovered error. @alessandrofelder, @viktorpm does the validation script check the hemisphere files?

I can see why it would be useful, but to add that information, we would need to change the API. Currently third party tools rely on e.g. a 1-2-1 mapping...
