Sorry I wasn't clear. Assuming you're talking about the `scale_meshes` parameter, this should still be set to False. The "new" (barrel) meshes should be scaled separately within the atlas generation...
You should be able to use the code that's linked above (from the wrap up function), but in your atlas generation script. Use it to scale each of barrel meshes...
Do any new files need to be added to GIN then?
