Windows 11, when two windows are maximized and one on top of the other, the taskbar keeps showing and hiding repeatedly when it is set to Auto.

Any two, for me, I had Edge on top and Epic games behind, both maximized it happened also when I used Edge on top and Powerpoint behind.
