Can't install consul-template

[dmigous]

Trying to install consul-template into docker debian:jessie. Version 0.14.0 works fine. But now I need >= 0.18.0, and it doesn't work.

My node json docker-consul-template.json:

Maybe we should just remove this check on restart of service?
