Unable to connect to host problem

I am able to sign in on sFTP using my user name and password, but shiftedit is unable to connect to host.

I've been able to log in for years, but no

Connecting to a different website is working fine on shiftedit.

Are there any IP restrictions in place?

You may need to whitelist our ips:

54.235.66.128 54.204.38.137 54.197.226.18

THat was the issue. The host was able to whitelist.

There was a block on 54.197.226.18
