Connection Error and Incorrect Password

I am getting the following message when trying to connect to my site

Error 110. Connection timed out

There is also a message stating the login is incorrect.

I have checked the login in credentials many times and they are accurate. Initially I would could this message occasionally but would be able to connect after a refresh. Now I can not connect at all as of last week.

Can you connect in filezilla? It could be a firewall issue. Add our IPs to a whitelist if possible: https://shiftedit.net/docs/troubleshooting#ftp_connection%C2%A0timeout

Yes I'm able to connect using filezilla. I need to be able to use Chrome however. How do I whitelist the ips if that is what's required?

I'm still unable to connect to my site. I've had the IPs whitelisted with service provider. Neither FTP or SFTP work anymore even though it was working fine last week. I am able to connect using filezilla.
