It's not clear what the license is for this code just by looking at the files in the repository - adding a LICENSE.md/LICENSE.txt file would clarify this (see: https://help.github.com/articles/open-source-licensing/)

I suggest use this website to choose a license: http://choosealicense.com/licenses/ If you don't want to think about license then consider Public Domain.
