Latam booking failure

When accessing a latam itenary I visit the http://booking.lan.com/cgi-bin/compra.... link provided which turns into ssl as mentioned in the code below

After filling in the passenger details and clicking "continue" on the page it redirects back to https://www.latamairlines.com/gb/en

Are there any tips to get around this?

I know this is not necessarily an issue with the tool but maybe the site that is being linked to no longer works as expected?
