Stay responsive without using activateignoreotherapps

Hello again :)

I put a webview inside the popover, and the webview responds to mouse movements on first show of the popover but after clicking outside the popover which will hide it, and then showing it again, this time the webview is not responsive unless I click inside the pop over. Of course activateigonoreotherapps solves the problem, but it creates like a glitch because it greys out other opened apps. and it is not a nice user experience. e.g. dropbox app on mac activates and responds to mouse movement inside its popover without greying out other opened apps. I hope you understood what I mean. Best
