GitHub integration to show new symbols and footprints

Make a neat service that sees new pull requests, notices if there are any new .yaml or .kicad_mod files, and if so, renders them and comments with a picture.

Check either we're on top+btm or left+right, that ref and val are the right way around, that they are 0'd on the correct coordinate, and that the other coordinate is...

Replace M2.5_HOLE, M2.5_MOUNT, M3_HOLE, and M3_MOUNT with autogenerated holes in a wider range of sizes and styles. See #106 for earlier discussion.

Right now we have pin numbers 1, 2, 3 on the NFET/PFET symbols. Probably we need different symbols for the six possible pin mappings, plus one where the numbers are...
