Allow `RECURRENCE-ID` to be set while creating event.

Currently the eventShape variable does not support RECURRENCE-ID

We want to create ics events for canceled events in a recurrence pattern, Google calendar seems to be adding RECURRENCE-ID in case of cancellation of one event in the recurrence pattern.

I am aware of using exclusionDates but it does not look good visually.

I can create a pr if required. Any help is appreciated, thanks
